From wire to finished fastener
The approximately 100,000-square-foot Vasai plant brings together processes needed for a varied fastener portfolio. Wire drawing and preparation feed cold-forging, threading, tapping and washer-making operations. A tool room supports dies and specialised requirements.
Finishing and handling capabilities include degreasing, polishing, coating, optical sorting and packing. A testing laboratory and inspection checkpoints support dimensional and material verification before dispatch.
With annual capacity of 7,500 MT, the facility supports both recurring production and smaller, specification-led orders. Requirements differ by component, so production and inspection plans are matched to the drawing, standard and material grade.
