Made to the requirement
When a standard fastener does not meet the application, Kundan can review parts made to a drawing or sample. Examples include special heads, security or anti-theft features, unusual threads and application-specific coatings.
Engineering review considers the part geometry, material, required performance and production volume. The in-house tool room and manufacturing processes support development of a practical production route, followed by inspection against agreed dimensions and characteristics.
Please include the drawing revision, material grade, finish, quantity, application and any test or documentation requirements with the enquiry. That information helps avoid ambiguity before tooling and production decisions are made.
